Optimise Indoor Air Quality and Maximise Efficiencies with Lossnay Fresh Air Energy Recovery Ventilation
As an energy reclaim mechanical ventilation system, Lossnay LGH-RVX3-E models are equipped with chemically treated paper core to recover sensible and latent heat from the outgoing stale air to pre-warm (or pre-cool) incoming fresh air.
The LGH-RVX3-E range allows buildings to maximise efficiencies whilst maintaining healthy CO2 and humidity levels for better indoor air quality.
After launching its first generation in 1970, Lossnay has evolved by always looking ahead of the air conditioning needs of the times, which continue to diversify. The technology is used in a wide range of applications and units have been widely adopted in residences, office buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.
Make Heat Recovery Ventilation Visible – with Optional* Advanced Lossnay Wi-Fi Control
Elevating air quality and maximising energy efficiencies has never been easier, because now the power is in your hands.
- See by how many degrees† Lossnay is pre-warming or cooling your home in real time, helping you save on your power bill because less additional heating is required to get a room up to temperature.
- And in summer, monitor by how many degrees Lossnay reduces the average temperature in your home, using Automatic Free Cooling^ Mode.
- The app will also proactively remind you when it is time to clean your filters to maximise both cost efficient operation and health benefits.
Lossnay Wi-Fi Control truly is the smart evolution in fresh air ventilation.
The Need for Fresh Air
Poor air quality can be attributed to many problems arising in the workplace and in the home. It is believed to contribute to a significant loss in productivity, low morale and higher rates of sickness. Providing good ventilation in residential and commercial buildings enables occupants to live and work comfortably and safely.
Total Heat Exchange Ventilation Maximises Heating or Cooling Efficiencies
The key to Lossnay is the unique heat transfer core. Through the Lossnay Core, up to 88%* of the energy in the stale exhaust air is recovered and transferred to pre-warm (or cool) incoming fresh, filtered air.
For example, in winter a building that has an inside temperature of 20°C and 4°C air outside, the incoming fresh air can be warmed to over 18°C by transferring through a Lossnay Ventilation System and benefitting from the efficient energy transfer process. The building’s air conditioning systems no longer have to work as hard to maintain desired indoor air temperatures.
Improved Airflow Range
Variable air control
The default fan speed value (Fan speed 1: 25%, Fan speed 2: 50%, Fan speed 3: 75%, and Fan speed 4: 100%) of both supply air and exhaust air can be adjusted flexibly. Within the range between 25% and 100%, airflow can be adjusted by 5% increments to satisfactorily meet the designed airflow rate.
Low Noise Design
By providing a range of air volume for each fan speed, sound levels can be reduced to achieve low noise.
Improved External Static Pressure
External static pressure has been improved compared to previous models. By increasing the external static pressure, highly flexible duct work becomes possible thus renewal from existing equipment is easy.
